Links to the Greek texts and translations of most of the Apostolic Fathers are available through the Early Church Texts website. 1 and 2 Clement, Barnabas, The Didache, The Letter to Diognetus, Polycarp to the Philippians, and the Epistles of Ignatius are all available through an easily navigable system (with links to the texts and translation at Rick Brannan's website). Links to the Greek text and English translation of the Shepherd of Hermas can be found through the menu system on the website.
