“Apostolic Fathers Greek Texts and Translations”

Links to the Greek texts and translations of most of the Apostolic Fathers are available through the Early Church Texts website. 1 and 2 Clement, Barnabas, The Didache, The Letter to Diognetus, Polycarp to the Philippians, and the Epistles of Ignatius are all available through an easily navigable system (with links to the texts and translation at Rick Brannan's website). The complete Greek text of The Shepherd of Hermas is also available on the Early Church Texts website through this system. The subscription version of the site has an English translation of  The Shepherd of Hermas alongside the Greek text.
